Welcome to the Chateau Woods Municipal Utility District Board Meetings Page.
The Chateau Woods M.U.D. Board of Directors meets on the 4th Thursday of the month (3rd Thursday of the month in November and December) at 7:00 P.M. The meeting is held at the M.U.D. building located at 10224 Fairview Dr.
Residents are welcome and encouraged to attend the monthly meetings. Please be advised, while there is a section on the agenda for "Comments from the Public," if you would like to discuss something specific that the Board of Directors would need to vote on it must be listed as its own agenda item. Contact the billing/operations office before noon no later than the Friday before the monthly meeting.in order to get put on the agenda.
All new construction and renovations (including but not limited to garages and home additions) MUST be approved by the M.U.D. Board prior to the start of construction.
